Oregon Transit Tax

Hi Paul,
Oregon is instituting a Transit tax of .001 of gross pay of all W-2 personnel. This is to be deducted from the employee's pay. Is there an easy way to set this up?

I would set it up using a Miscellaneous Deduction. Set up the deduction and enter the percent in each employee's setting. See this tutorial for instructions:
