View Full Version : Pay Window freezes during online check
I can't start the program because it freezes during the online check and I can't kill the frozen process short of restarting my computer.
Do I need to uninstall & reinstall?

You must have Windows XP and an old version of Internet Explorer if the Auto-Update Checker is hanging up while trying to get the update information. I created a little tool that will "turn off" the Auto-Updater. Download and run this little tool:

If you ever get a new computer, this should not be an issue and the Auto-Updater should work fine for you. In the mean time you should manually check for updates using the method shown here in the help file:
