Hi I installed the 2010 paywin and am getting bug reports on both computers. I cannot do my payroll. I have not had any of these problems in the past.

That looks like a security issue accessing the tax tables. Let's try the quick fix first. Search the hard drive for a file named paywin1.ini and delete it and then delete the tax files from the "Documents\PayWindow Tax Files\ folder and then reinstall PayWindow from the download on the website.

Then to test, open PayWindow, get past the opening calendar and select Tools and see if you can view the Federal, one of the State tax records and the sample local tax record. If you can, all is good.

You will have to then click on File and Open Company and locate and open your company file.

Thanks for the reply, I copied and pasted the contents of the paywin folder to my network folder and it came up working. I have not had that much of a problem installing to my network folder before. I think all is well for now. Thanks, Jay
