I am trying to move my PayWindow software from my old computer to my new computer. As per the FAQ post, I attempted to restore a backup file from the old system. When I restore the file, the employees appear on the employee list, but no transactions are listed. Is there a problem with 64-bit computers? or have I made a mistake?

No problems on Vista 64 which is what we use for our in-house payroll.
My guess is that you restored a backup that was probably made immediately after running the End of Year tool which deletes all transactions.
You need to locate and restore the most current backup that you have.
