    Question Health Insurance Credit - How to Add to an Hourly Employee

    I have an hourly paid employee who is being given a $200.00 credit per paycheck to use for payment toward her health insurance. How do I add a 'line item" (like bonus or commission) to the check so I can add the $200.00 on the paycheck?

    If the $200 is taxable, yes you can use the Bonus entry, but be sure to click Pay to recalculate the taxes after entering it.
