    Default paywindowdownloader.exe blocked by Norton

    Norton Antivirus is blocking the current update due to WS.Reputation.1 being detected.

    Unfortunately Norton is bad at having false triggers. Disable Norton and then perform the upgrade. And report to Norton what they did so they can fix it in the next update.
