2013 Deductions Need to Be Corrected

I started offering my employees the ability to pay for their portion of their health insurance premiums pre-tax in November 2013 (Q4-2013). I inadvertently did not check all of the appropriate boxed for health insurance deductions. My W-2s are off. I would like to go back and rerun these six payroll periods. Will I be able to now that I have already run 1/15/14 payroll with new 2014 PayWindow download?

If not able to with the 2014 download, is there a way to go back to the 2013 tax information, rerun those six pay periods, and then reinstall 2014 (and rerun 1/15/14)?

PLEASE HELP. I need to pay quarterly taxes by 1/31/14 and send out W-2s. Thank you very much.

I would suggest reinstalling PayWindow 2013 to do that. Send me an email and I will give you a special download link.
