    Default 1099NEC no year

    The plain paper copies of the 1099NECs are showing the year as 20___. Could we get that filled in? Looks kinda crappy filling them in by hand.

    The developers just finished adding that to PayWindow and are now adding it to W2-1099FormWindow. Watch for an update hopefully this afternoon.
