How to HIDE or FILTER old payroll transactions from previous years

Dumb question. Is there a way to filter the transactions to only show current year? I do a lot of scrolling. Thx

You can use the Filter to set the start date and end date. You can't type it in but need to use the date Pick tool. The click the Filter button to just show the selected date range and click again to go back to full view,
