Error 5 means that you are attempting to overwrite a file that is running and Windows is blocking it from being overwritten. Before you start the installer from running (right after agreeing to the agreement) make sure PayWindow is shut down.

The error is happening before the start of the installer and before agreeing to the agreement. The error still happens when the PayWindow is shut down.
OK that sounds like the Update Checker file being written to the hard drive. Please try this solution for MAC users and let me know if it works:
