    Default Unable to open Time Clock Window

    If we click the "X" or "-"in the left upper corner to close or minimize the program, we can not reopen the screen. I have found that going into task manager and "ending Task" for the Time Clock Window allows it to re-open. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I am guessing that you said you are clicking the X in the top right corner to Close TimeClockWindow. TimeClockWindow does not shut down, it goes to sleep in the Tray Icons and to open it again, the employee click Double Clicks the TCW Tray Icon. What you are experiencing is attempting to start up a second instance of TCW which is not allowed. Please see this page in the Employee's Help file:
