    Default Employee in Multiple departments

    I have a employee who clocked into two depts. during the pay week. When using pay window to bring the data over it list dept 1 but not the dept 2 hours. What are we doing wrong?

    Both PayWindow and TimeClockWindow need to be set for the multiple departments. The easy way to keep that updated is to add your new employees, add new departments, and edits into PayWindow and then use the Database / Import / Import Employees tool in TimeClockWindow to make sure that it is all synced up.

    If both databases are not in sync, that's what will happen.
