    Default Registered PayWindow -- now program will not load

    I used the program in trial mode and it worked fine. Set up my company, and successfully issued January 15 payroll checks.

    Today I provided my credit card number and received the email with my registration.

    Per the instructions in the mail, I used the cut and paste registration method, which did return the message that it had worked.

    But now the program fails to start. It immediately returns a Windows message, “Payroll Application has stopped working.”

    I am running Windows Vista with all service packs current. Any suggestions on how to get this application back in business?

    Download and install the current release from our download page over what you have and that should take care of the problem.

    hi,
    I gave you a call -

    There was a "->" (tab) in Windows Registry. We took care of this by removing the (tab) character. Your payroll now works.
