I am confused. I clicked on the update link and all my payroll info disappeared. I had to restore the system and I truly do NOT know the best way to approach.

I need to upgrade to the 2009, but exactly where do I go? I have printed out averything I can find, but the info is not exact. I have read the FAQ and have called you a couple of times.

Please take a moment, just for me and tell me exactly what screen to go to, to pay and what screen to go to, to update. When I tried to upgrade, a screen came up stating that I was on day 0 of a 30 day trial.

Is this right? I do not want to update my tax table yet either, correct??

You go to the Purchase page on our website and use the Annual Upgrade link on that page to pay for the Upgrade.

Then go to the Download page and install PayWindow 2009 from the Download Assistant link on that page.

The 2009 tax tables will be available on January 1, 2009 and you will inside PayWindow click on Help, Updates and Check for Updates and then download and install from the update checker at that time.
