Does the software creat a file in MMREF format that can be sent to SSA?

What does the selection of "Export" at the W-2 printing window do? I selected it and then print (seemed to be only "go" button) but nothing happened.

Bobby, if you have over 200 employees and need to report with the magnetic media file, contact MAG-FILER at http://magfiler.spokanecomputer.com as their tool takes our W2 export file and creates the file you need as well as prints the paper W2's on plain paper.

If you've used the Export option in the W2 Form printing section of the Report Center, you would have a success message that opens and tells you something like this:

Exported W2Form.asc and W2Form.inf are in Directory:
C:\Users\PaulJMayer\Documents\PayWindow Data Files\

The W2Form.asc is the comma delimited file and the W2Form.inf is a text file that shows the layout of the W2 Form export file.
