Enhancement request

Could PayWindow be enhanced to:

1. add an email address for employees
2. automatically email paystub to an employee who gets direct deposit

It would really cut down on time and paper

Sorry for the delay in responding to this as it was a technically difficult request and took some research because of the various email programs available on users computers. What works to send an email with one program does not work with another. We are still researching this problem and it is added to our list of possible new features.

This would be a great enhancement......... in fact it is the one missing feature that is leading me to look elsewhere for a payroll program. Any timeframe for when this will be corrected ???

If this were a perfect world and everyone used Microsoft Outlook and not the hundreds of possible email programs and mostly WebMail, we'd have been able to pull it off. Unfortunately, we cannot rely on everyone using MS outlook so the idea was dropped.
