1. NEC instructions fixed from 2-up to 3-up.
2. W2-import sometimes misses out hourly field and causes an access-violation. This is auto-added.
3. Auto-sense TIN or SSN and hide it accordingly in 1099's.
4. Second value in print to control middle offset for 1099's.
