View Full Version : 3-Up 1099-NEC Forms from IRS - need to print

Greetings Paul,

I just went to print the one 1099-NEC I need on the forms I received directly from the IRS.

Problem is they are 3 up, not 2 up. It appears I can't do this with PayWindow as it only supports 2 up?

Any ideas on how I can get these printed? Maybe a word template or something?

The next update will have the 3-Up 1099-NEC Forms. We are waiting on the new forms to arrive so we can complete the positioning of the text in the forms.

I see the NEC forms are 3-up now, but the Red Copy A is only red on top third of page and then lists copy 1 and copy b for same employee. In addition, the other copies B, C, 1 & 2 individual are 3-up of the same employee information. For example, I have 16 NEC and copy B is printing as 16 pages, instead of 5.

I have a feeling that you are referring to W2-1099FormWindow and not PayWindow which this forum is for. Am I correct? If so we need to move this to the proper forum. I gave this information to the developer to look at it.

I have the same problem, I have the IRS forms for 2 forms per page not 3

It is in the current release oi PayWindow now.
