When I try to run paywinsetup it stops 2/3 of the way through the setup and gives the following message:
Delete file failed code 5
access denied

Please help

Code 5 tells you that a file on the computer cannot be replaced because it has a lock on it from Windows. My guess is that PayWindow was still running and it should have closed when the setup started. So run the setup and make sure PayWindow is not running when the setup starts and shut it down manually then. Then continue with the setup.

Well that worked, but interestingly I tried it once on my own before after receiving your reply, including running the setup program as administrator and it failed with the same error code. This time, I went through the running processes on Task Manager and stopped one other service that I thought might be related and this time it worked.
