Update cancelled

I tried to update to current program, but update could not find a folder for the wallpaper6. The program update was canceled and reversed. When trying to update, it says it is on 19.0.17. I logged into program to print the 941 form. The B form prints, but the "A" form does not. Tried to download the 2020 link and it says it is no longer found. Help.

I'm not sure what you are doing as I just downloaded and installed the the current release which is 19.0.17 on three different computers here in the office and when selecting Semi-Weekly Depositor it printed the new June 2021 941 Form as well as Schedule B. Looking in the logs on our website we even had over 500 downloads since the new version was released this morning. No one else has ever had a problem that we know of not finding the wallpaper folder so I'm definitely confused with that one. If you do not see 19.0.17 at the top of the program, you need to try again.
