COVID sick leave on Form 941

I read your faq about report COVID sick pay for an employee. The next step is claiming the credit on the 941. The amounts do not appear on the generated 941, so do I just edit it to add the sum of the COVID amounts on line 5a(1) and 11b?

Also, is COVID sick pay exempt from sick pay hours accrual in Paywindow?

You need to type that information in the form and then save and print it out.

I can manually change the fica amounts, but ZPay will still record that I paid employer share of those when I pull up annual reports for end of 2021 filing.

How do I assign these as "sickpay" hours such that ZPay doesn't calculate the employer share of those taxes for 941?

PayWindow does not support that so you need to edit the 941 Form before printing it to send in.
