plain paper printing 1096

If I go to Reports, and check the Print on Plain Paper box, and try to print on blank red forms, adjustments are required. However, the adjustments don't seem to take. I've cranked the numbers as much as -20 (to move up) and -20 (to move left), hit the Update button (?), hit Save to PDF and chose Launch Adobe Acrobat to print... and the printing doesn't move a bit.

I don't have time to test any other forms, but I'm going to assume it probably doesn't work for them either.

We are not using a crude scanned in 1096 like 1099Express did, we print the actual Form if you have a color laser printer if you are not submitting on-line but sending in the paper forms.

The margins are now fixed as well.
