Filing the 1096

Can we print the 1096 and the first copy of the 1099's on plain paper and send to the IRS? the 1099 Express program had an option to pay a fee and they would efile them for you. I have not had to send by mail for a few years now. I do not want to go though all the trouble and work to efile 3 1099's. If you cannot file on plain paper I will use the 1099 express for the 1099's and your program for my W-2's

Not in PayWindow but yes in W2-1099FormWindow. We dropped support for 1099-Express when we released our software last year.

It is $99 the first year and then $45 each year for upgrades.
