Paywindow update 19.05 not installing

Please help!!! Am trying to update from 19.03 to 19.05 and paywindow downloader will not update. Paywindow updater says ( the signture of this program is corrupt or invalid). Am using Windows 10 and Norton 360 ... Norton says the file is safe and the signature is trusted, but the .exe file is blocked and will not run and only gives me the option of deleting the file. I am not computer savvy and have been using Paywindow for many years without experiencing any problem/ Please help !!!!

Hi Marsha, there seems to be a problem with verisign.com signing our certificates time stamps. I's suggest seeing if you can tell Norton to install anyway.

Let me know if that works until we get verisign to fix the problem.

It still will not install the update and it won't even let me save it...it will only delete it. I have tried installing it from the website download and the same thing happens ... it will only delete the .exe file and won't offer to run it nor save the Paywindowsetup.exe. I'll keep trying until I find a solution. I hope you can fix with another update. Thanks, Marsha Hummel.

It should not as we found that it was the time verification site that caused the problem. We just uploaded a new release that is using another site for verification.

Download and install 19.0.5 from our download page.
