Wrong FICA amount on w-3?

I printed out my w-3 today and the FICA and MEDICARE amounts do not match what I have record on my 941 reports? The 941 reports are correct, but the w-3 is not showing enough withheld. Is there any way to adjust this issue on my w-3?

Did you set employees as Unemployed during the year? They would need to be set back to what they were before.

If that’s not the case then can you make a backup in PayWindow and then attach it to an email to support@zpay.com and reference this message thread so we can take a look and see what is happening?
