How would I record on pay stub additional sick pay for an employee who had to stay home because of Covid quarantine?

I followed the instructions on the pdf and was able to set up a new department, but the pay is showing up on the pay stub as regular pay. How can we see it reflected in the checkstub? Will it be reflected in the quarterly or tax reports?
