2020 W4 Form Question

What does the box represent. Deductions, income, child credit, or a certain line on new new w-4?
In you example on the new 2020 w4, you plugged in $30800, where did you come up with this or what line does it pertain to on the actual new w-4 form.
I have a single employee with 4000 in step 3 for child credit, everything else is zero.
