View Full Version : Payroll software keeps asking for password after update

I updated the software to version 18.0.28. And tried to open paywindow. Upon the start of the program is came up with a password window, I assumed it was my data file password and entered it. It failed. So I removed all the data files. uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed the program with the same result. I went back to my old machine and copied my data file with version 18.0.22 and it worked okay.

I think the new version is not even looking for the file and opens with password window. I checked file menu and it shows login, restore options active, rest of the options are grayed out.

Please help as I have tried different things for the whole day.

On a new computer, it would ask you for the Registration to unlock it. Send an email to support@zpay.com if you need that resent giving us the company info and your name and we can resend it to you.
