Quarterly Report showing each employees taxes

Hi Paul,

I apologize if this has been asked and I haven't found it OR I am blind and just don't see it. I am doing my quarterly IL 501 Tax Return and apparently they are now asking for the individual employees and the amount of state tax withheld for each employee. Is there a report to pull to get this information? The only way I am finding is if I add up their checks individually to get the amount for the quarter.

T%his page in the help file talks about the two most important reports in PayWindow. If you read that when you started using PayWindow, you would have these in your filing cabinet as you need to retain a paper trail in case of any audits:

One has the information for the company and the other individuals paid. If gives you the Pay Period, MTD, QTD and YTD figures.
