I saw in the thread that other people asked about different rates for the same company, but these were back in 2004. So i was wondering if this has changed any?
You stated that only 1 can be used at a time especially since WA state is a % on hours worked not gross wages. How does that work for the qtrly/yrly reports??

Yes the Washington SD is calculated by hours worked. See this page in the Help file:

We set it up with the percent every year when it changes too.
There is a special note in the tax tables when installing PayWindow that is important in this regard too:
WA - Washington state has a Workman's Comp deduction that is based on hours worked. When paying Salaried employees, use the "Details I" tab to enter the hours worked by the salaried employees to calculate the Workman's Comp Tax.
