With the Custom Report Tool you can get reports if you are paying in PayWindow using the sick Pay Houris. You can pull up a report on the number of Sick Pay hours with that tool.

Hi Paul, I want to separate my regular sick leave from my FFCRA payments. Is there anyway to track them separately?

So I want to track the FFCRA sick pay separately because it is not our normal Sick Pay Accrual. I made a department called FFCRA so I can track the paid sick leave. I think this will work for my purposes and am posting how I am managing it for anyone else that might need this information.

That "trick" would work as long as they are Hourly Employees as Multiple Departments only works for that.
