I have been using the last version of PayWindow since the last update a few weeks ago.
Yesterday, I attempted to start the program and the program would not open on my screen - it only opens as a "background file" per the Task Manager. I have tried to uninstalling the program and reinstalling it and this does not work. I even tried reinstalling it with an older version and the same issue.
Any ideas on how to get the software to open again?

I have a feeling maybe your antivirus software may not be allowing PayWindow maybe? Try right clicking on the Desktop PayWindow Icon and running in administrator mode to see if that forces it.
Let me know if that makes a difference.

I disabled the virus software and firewall and the program sill not open. If I right click on the icon to run as administrator, the program will not open either.

This has never ever happened before. In your first message you said "it only opens as a "background file" per the Task Manager." I've never even heard of that before. Are you on a regular Windows Computer? Or a MAC emulating Windows? What version of Windows are you running?

Can you get me a screenshot of the Task Manager Window showing this so I can give it to the developers?
