I'm preparing Form 941, 2nd quarter, and after selecting Print Preview and saving the report the form does not come up. I tried to delete it from documents but it says "read only". How can I fix this?

Please see this FAQ in order to print the First Quarter 941 Form now that the Second Quarter is now due.
