Can I use PayWindow as an individual?

The new Company setup asks for a Federal and State EIN. I am not incorporated. Can I set this up using my personal name and social security number? If so, would all the tax filings still work properly?

If you have employees, yes you MUST have an EIN. It is very simple and easy to apply for and get one.
