Ist quarter 941 EID not autofilled

I sincerely hope all is well with you and yours.

Just doing my first quarter 941, and I want to give you a heads up that the EID is not auto-populating as in the past. Everything else seems fine, and I checked updates but I'm current.

That is very weird as I just tested here and it is working and we've not had anyone else report a problem. Go into your Company Settings and make sure that your EIN (Federal ID) is entered into the Company information.

Hi Paul,

This is entirely the fault of the third-party PDF reader (Sumatra) that I'm using. I opened the very same file on my Mac and it is properly auto-populated, as are the cents which failed to show in the Sumatra reader.

So, word to the wise.
