View Full Version : Lost My Access to PayWindow

While doing a PayWindow UPDATE PROGRAM I got a message to the effect of “cannot continue, a file already exists” (?? or something like that), so I selected “unload” (again, ??). It then said “removing” or "backing out", until it stopped.
Now when I try to open PayWindow it says PayWin.exe, referred to by this shortcut, has been changed or moved. Do I want to remove the shortcut?
My Question: Does the program need to be reloaded? If so, how? (I do have the data file backed up)

OK, the error was that PayWindow was still running and was locked by Windows. When that happens restart your computer to release all locks by Windows. Then go to the Download page https://zpay.com/download.html on our website and download and run the setup for PayWindow and do not change any defaults in the setup. That should fix the problem.
