Schedule A (Form 940) for 2019

I am all updated to the 18.0.6 version of Paywindows 2020 and am preparing my 940 as I always do. The schedule A usually populates with each states reduction rate even if it's 0. It is coming up all blanks for every state. I need to know if there is a problem with this or if this is not populating anything because there are no states with credit reductions for 2019? Thanks for your help!

The form didn't actually populate it came from the IRS with the numbers in it. What you are seeing is the Form right from the IRS just as it is. All I can assume is there is no states with a reduction?

The Virgin Islands is the only state with a reduction is what I found when inquiring through the IRS just as last year so not sure why they didn't put it on this year. Just thought I'd double check with you before assuming that the schedule is correct which really it isn't according to the IRS. No reduction for my state Ohio but you may want to warn any customers you have in the Virgin Islands that this isn't correct. Thanks
