I tried purchasing the 2020 annual upgrade this morning, but have not received a confirmation email. Who do I contact to make sure the transaction went through properly?

If you completed the order, the Thank You page would have given you your receipt and unlock code and also sent an email at the same time. I can look on-line in the store to see if you purchased but would need your email and name. Send an email to support@zpay.com asking what you did here and we can look for you.

I purchased the payroll upgrade yesterday 12-04-2019 and I have not received an email other then the receipt through PayPal. I've sent 2 messages yesterday and I have not received a response as of yet. Please help.

Did you receive my email with your code this morning when we opened? For your future orders, the store creates the key the instant you buy it and the receipt is on the screen with your registration code and everything you need. Also an email is sent immediately with that information.
Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder and see if the email(s) are waiting in there.
