Exporting to specific Quickbooks account

I had to set up a new bank account and created a new account (Quickbooks) within my same company file. I set the old account account (register) as inactive. However, when I go to export my payroll to QB, it still exports to the old account. Can someone tell me how I can update which account PayWindow exports to? When I select where to export it to, its just the QB company file name. Thansk

The old Intuit tools we use do not support multiple accounts in QuickBooks and they stopped support for us competitors a long time ago.
