I need to have another employee taking my job and needs access to Paywindow

I am training a new employee to do payroll for our company and right now the system is only set up for me to use. She will be using my PC but with a different login how do I give her access to the program and the year to date information so she can begin to do the office payroll.

Reinstall PayWindow for all users. There is an option when installing so that it can be shared by anyone that logs into that computer. This page of the help file has a screenshot near the bottom of the page:

I have never had to reinstall pay windows other than when I renew. Do I reinstall the same way as when I load the new software each year? copy and paste the email from PayWindow? Or is there a different procedure? I am assuming all my data will stay when I reinstall and I will not lose any of my transactions for this year?
