Direct Deposit bank fees.

Is there any Bank that does not charge a monthly fee or "file" upload fee when using Direct Deposit (Even internet only banks)?

Any users care to share some of the fee structures that they are currently paying. My current banks have not been very good about getting back to me with answers.

When the banks first started offering direct deposit, it was inexpensive. It should be as it's all done by computer with no real employee interactions. But as time went on, I've gotten feedback from our customers switching back to paper checks as it is less costly at their backs than the direct deposit.
