Lost Company Information

After purchasing the renewal upgrade for 2019, I received my email with the code (along with the business name) to extend past the 30 day trial. When I entered the code it did not have any of the company information, no data base...just like I was starting over. Please help me access my company information and data.

I'm assuming that is not a new computer and did have the company database on it. For some reason you lost the pointer to your database then.

The first thing to do is to go to the Documents\PayWindow Data Files\ folder and see if your company name is displayed, if so double click on it to start PayWindow and it will start PayWindow and restore the database pointer. See his Tutorial:

If not and you have been making backups after every payroll, you can restore the last backup. See this Tutorial:
