Transfer of Quickbooks export from Paywindow by Flashdrive or LAN

I have had Paywindow and Quickbooks 2008 Accountant Edition on a dedicated HP computer for years. This year I was required to transfer to a computer with Windows 10 in order to keep running Paywindow. The Quickbooks 2008 will not transfer to a Windows 10 computer. I do not want to upgrade Quickbooks. Can I transfer the check Payee and amount to the old computer by a flashdrive or LAN?

The QuickBooks data transfer tools must be installed on the computer that PayWindow is installed on but I do not know if QuickBooks is required as well on that computer. We have the download at his link:

If that works without QuickBooks on that computer, try setting it up pointing to the QuickBooks database through the network.
