I need to make 'paper entries' for S Corp Health Insurance and Auto Use Deductions.
to reflect on W-2 and payroll records
S Corp Health Insurance has no taxes
Auto Use Deduction has FICA and Medicare taxes only.
When I enter to the amounts per our CPA, ZPay automatically adds all taxes, Fed, State, FICA and Medicare and I cannot amend them to the correct amounts to report.
Instructions from CPA - Please note that this will not actually produce a check to be printed, this is simply a ''paper entry"
I believe I need to do this on an actual payroll check as ZPay does not allow a $0.00 check
