Check preview export does not capture the entire check stub

I use print preview to export copies of checks to a customer. She writes the checks and gives each employee a copy of the stub that shows the hours and pay rates paid for each week. since the last update, the rate information and hours paid does not show up when they are exported. The accrual information for time off is also not showing up. This is a valuable tool so my customer can look back at each week to budget for payroll. I am not sure why this information is no longer showing up on the exported paychecks. Any suggestions? I have been sending checks this way for 10 years plus. It shows up when I preview the checks, but once exported it disappears. I have made no other updates to any programs on my computer since the last payroll update.

I just tested exactly what you said and it worked as expected for me.

What version of PayWindow are you using? I'm using 16.0.28.

16.028 is the version I am using. I can send you a copy of how my check preview is exporting over if that would help. How can I do that easily. They are in PDF format
