I have a share holder who is also an employee of the firm. We pay him for his medical expense. Now this additional medical reimbursement should have federal withholding but should be exempt from FICA and medical. How can we do this?

We don't have a way to make "pay" taxable or non-taxable, Just "Miscellaneous Deductions" can be set as such. I cannot think of any way to manage that. :-(
