View Full Version : After restoring a backup file, vacation accrual is no longer working.

Had a hard drive failure, installed onto new PC, restored the database.

It looks like all the settings are the same, its just not adding any hours for the employees now when I make payroll.

Any ideas?
Are there some settings I need to manually redo after restoring the backup files?

Did you download and install PayWindow from an old file you have or from the website?

Also did you restore you current backup? I ask that as your accrual settings were in the company file hat you were using.

Installed from website download. Updates ran fine.

I restored the most current backup, and the numbers are all there for accrual setup, but when I pay them, no calcs are done and no time is added to their pool.

After the last update, it appears to be working again!
