Additional Withholding problem - Version 16.0.15.0

Has anyone had problems with additional withholding? I tried to edit an employee to add but got an error message: "Invalid Input Value. Use escape key to abandon changes."

Double click to select the zeros and type in the dollar amount that you want deducted from each check and save it.
