Gl export issue - please help asap!

When I go to do the GL Export from Paywindows, the file will not save to my computer. No matter how I try to do it, the file will not save. Paywindows freezes up and refuses to do anything. I have tried cutting my computer off, and re-downloading the software as well. PLEASE HELP!

What folder did you select to export to? Try saving to your Desktop and see if it will save. There are certain folders in Windows which will not allow saving to, such as Program Files, the Root directory and a few others.

I was working with bparker on this issue and have tested it here at my office as well. We tried to export it to multiple different folders:

c:\cbs\
c:\users\<user>\desktop\
c:\temp\

None of these locations work despite having full permissions for everyone. I have tested this while disabling my antivirus as well and experienced the same issue. In the event viewer we see an AppHang error as well. The export seems to have stopped working after the 16.0.13 build. Please advise.

We tried exporting to multiple folders, c:\cbs\, c:\users\<user>\desktop\, c:\temp\. These all have read/write permissions for everyone. The issues seemed to occur after the 16.0.13 update. I have replicated this on 3 different workstations.

This is fixed in 16.0.14. Use your update checker to download and install it. Thanks!
