I purchased your product 9/9/2017 and to my understanding, I am supposed to have a free upgrade. But I did not receive one and when I open my zpay it keeps asking me for a unlocking code to which I never received.

You need to email support@zpay.com as everyone that qualified for the FREE Upgrade were emailed their 2018 registration email. When you contact us in email remember to give us your name and such to allow us to look you up and resend it again.
